Guaranty Bank Building 
Longmont, Colorado  – 2005 

Working with the architectural firm of DTJ Design of Boulder, Colorado, Brown Civil Engineering provided all land surveying and civil engineering services for the replatting, right-of-way vacations, 401 permitting, site plan/architectural review and preparation of construction documents for the 30,000 square foot building on the 1.5-acre site adjacent to the St. Vrain River. 

The project required preparation of CDOT Region 4 Access Permits and Construction Drawings for extension of a public road and alley.
