Aims Community College - Health & Sciences Building

Brown Civil Engineering was retained by H+L Architects in to provide civil engineering services for a new three-story Health and Sciences Building on the Aims Community College campus.
Civil engineering design included reconfiguration of existing drives to improve traffic flow, a new parking lot, water and sewer main design, irrigation ditch relocation, site grading and sidewalk connections to the campus pedestrian circulation system.
The same design team also was subsequently retained for the ongoing 8,000 sf Aviation Building project.
