Teaming with DTJ Design of Boulder, Colorado, Brown Civil Engineering provided all land surveying and civil engineering services for the replatting, change of zone, site plan/architectural review and preparation of construction documents for the 34,000 square foot building on a 7-acre site. 

Parking lot detention was provided with an underground vault that controlled stormwater release rates.  Public Improvements included new water main extension,
